The bit is 31.5 inches. Three extension rods are included, each adding to that depth. Actual depth depends on soil conditions.

The auger will stop and the engine torque transfers to the handlebars, which is why both hands stay on the bars at all times. Ease off the throttle immediately, back the bit out, and clear the obstruction. This is normal in rocky or heavily rooted ground and isn't a defect.

Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact Fito Supply before shipping anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address. To receive a full refund, you must return the complete order originally received. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. All equipment must be drained of fuel and oil, cleaned, securely packaged, and returned using a trackable shipping service. Once the complete return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
